Chris’ Camp is located in the beautiful Black Hills of Spearfish, SD. It is an Easy On/Off from I-90 (Exit 14) — ½ mi. SE of Spearfish. This family-owned and operated campground is a perfect central destination for all the Black Hills attractions. Visit Spearfish Canyon with its scenic beauty & the famous Motorcycle Rally town of Sturgis. Also very near to Chris’ Camp is Historic Deadwood, today home to 80 gambling establishments. Deadwood’s Mt. Moriah Cemetery (Boot Hill) is the final resting place for old West characters like Wild Bill Hickok & Calamity Jane. But to keep from giving away one of the most valued features offered by Chris’ Camp — their FREE TOUR PLANNING ASSISTANCE — no more details for now. When you’re back at “home” from your day’s outing everyone will enjoy Chris’ Camp large heated pool, recreation room, playground, basketball court and there’s a huge pavilion for large groups. Last but certainly not least is the Children’s Petting Zoo! Chris’ Camp takes in orphaned farm critters each spring and bottle-feeding time is daily at 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. That experience is guaranteed to bring out everyone’s smile. Big kids, little kids, kids young at heart and under are invited to take part! Great fun at this family-run park that’s rated “high” on HOSPITALITY! Pssst… be sure to ask about Devils Tower National Monument…it’s one of the seven natural wonders of the world!
